Growing

She just keeps growing and getting cuter!

Still has reddish blonde hair, and still wonderful!

Spring=Day Trips

We have the "camping, day tripping" bug.

Every weekend we have been hitting a new trail in the bronco.

And LOVING every minute of it.

Breakin' down a bit,

but not for long.

Eating S'mores

or marshmallows

taking in some beautiful Alaskan views

(View from a trail at the end of our road)

driving through mud holes and creeks and over rocky terrain.

With the melting of most the snow we have been going out in the bronco every weekend! We spend a day or two working on our property, working hard and then one day playing hard.

Elizabeth and Henry are loving every minute of it!

Lydia sleeps most of the time, but I'm sure she's just used to being bounced around. haha

Yesterday was our anniversary! 6 Yrs! Although I think we've actually only lived together for half of that! Either way we've been through fun, exciting, sad and hard times, and I am SO grateful for a loving, awesome, handsome husband. Yesterday while watching him go through some crazy trail I said "He is such a maniac." And Elizabeth very defensively said "No he's not! He's AWESOME!"

And she's right. He is awesome! I could not and don't want to, imagine my life with out him! Thanks babe for six wonderful years together!

We wanted to celebrate out at Jim Creek where he proposed, but alas the winds were not cooperating. So we headed out to King River trail, Ruby Lake. SO much fun! (And No wind)

All in all a wonderful day! I wouldn't have it any other way! (Sorry Grandma I know you wanted to hang out with the kiddos. Another day, I promise!)

And that's what we have been doing this spring! April has been wonderful so far, I'm crossing my fingers for an even more wonderful May!

Birthday Boy!

6:30am my little boy wakes up with excitement! He can't wait to see his cake!! J and I sat down the night before and made the cake together. We had grand plans in our heads, this is what we came up with... A farmer theme because Henry loves farms, tractors, animals etc. And currently his favorite book is called "Story County" by Derek Anderson. A book about farmer, dog, miss cow, chicken and pig. Together they make a farm. And so the farm theme.
Yes farmer planted Jelly Beans. Also in the book the animals plant their favorite crops, chicken plants corn, dog plants dog bones, and farmer eats his, jelly beans... yummers! He was so excited, and that's all that we cared about.
Singing Happy Birthday!

We made it to 3!
Uncle N gave him what we like to call "crack!"

Not really crack, but sour drops. The kids LOVE them.

Henry doesn't even flinch when he tastes it, I'm pretty sure his taste buds are still dead from Chemo! haha

LOVES his BOOKS.

The whoopy cushion was a hit!

However, being only 1 dollar, it didn't last through the evening,

but it provided some great laughs.

Why Mommy decided a musical instrument was a good idea... I'm not sure

But HE gets so excited when he can make noise with it!

Just have to keep it away from big Sister!

For Christmas Henry got, Buzz. So I hoped he would love getting Woody... And of course he did. He was sooooo excited! Last night he had to sleep with his Buzz and Woody. So fun to see his face light up with excitement!
It was a wonderful day

Henry assured me he had a great birthday &

this morning he woke up wanting more cake!
